Mrs. Amanda Minter
LCHS Science Department
I am in my ninth year of teaching and absolutely love it! I teach three classes of biology and three classes of modern physical science along with coaching volleyball all year round at the grade school (Monroe 8th grade and BAVC travel club) and high school levels (LCHS sophomores).
I graduated from the University of Charleston in West Virginia in the spring of 2008 with my BS in Science Education. While there, I played four years of Division II volleyball and was a Provost Scholar. In December of 2011, I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with my masters degree in biology. In August of 2015, I graduated with my second masters in science education!
I just got married on July 29, 2016!
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns! Have a great day!
